No matter what you like to fish for, you can catch them on the river! Early summer is excellent for northern and walleye. Panfish can be caught all season. Late summer provides some of the best smallmouth bass fishing in the area. You can hook into muskie and largemouth bass and see fishermen bow hunt for buffalo fish.
