Seasonal & Overnight RV Parks – North Bay & Duck Bay
Welcome to our two seasonal RV parks, North Bay RV Park and Duck Bay RV Park! Perfect for guests who like to leave their camper set up and come and go throughout the summer, our season runs from the first Friday in May through the second Sunday in October—ideal for spring and fall fishing and enjoying Minnesota’s beautiful warm season.

Each site feels like your own private retreat, with plenty of space for a large trailer and full hook-ups including water, sewer, and electric. Surrounded by peaceful woods with river access, our parks offer a friendly, small-community atmosphere where neighbors often become friends.

Your site fee gives you access to all our resort amenities: hiking trails, the pool, hot tub, boat launch, and docks. Bring your boat and fish the Mississippi River, or rent a seasonal boat lift for extra convenience. And yes—your furry friends are welcome too!

We also have 4 overnight/weekly sites with full hook-ups. Check our availability tab for open dates—these are listed as Woodland Acres WA 1, WA 2, WA 3, and Pool RV Sites. These back-in sites do not include a shower house, but still provide all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay.
